The firm handles cases from misdemeanors to aggravated felonies at all levels of state court. We are in state court regularly, particularly in the metro counties, so we have an intimate understanding of practice and procedure there.
The firm’s current open cases in state court include: assault, drug possession and distribution, sex offenses, theft by taking, robbery, tampering with evidence and more.
We also handle misdemeanor and traffic offenses in Atlanta Municipal Court.
